Get back into your routine with our state-of-the-art gym facilities. In our spacious, airy gym you can run, lift, slam and climb your way to fitness with a variety of equipment on offer. If you need some guidance or inspiration, our expert gym staff are on hand to help.
FVLC Gym Facilities offers convenient parking, private changing areas and a changing village, small group training, personal training, fitness classes and fitness programs for all members. Our equipment includes a variety of resistance free weights, barbells, dumbbells, bumper plates, squat racks, benches and a range of resistance machines. In the gym we also have a range of cardio equipment such as our concept ski-erg, rowers, stair master, cycles, cross trainers, air runner, air bike, treadmills, spin bikes and ergometer which has wheelchair accessibility. Our functional fitness studio offers a range of dumbbells, kettlebells, multi-functional rack, suspension trainer, battle ropes, skipping ropes, medicine balls, slam balls and resistance bands.

Small Group Personal Training at Finn Valley Leisure Centre is designed to be delivered in small groups of 3 or 4 people. We feel this is one of the best ways to get results and stay on track. Everything in the SGPT sessions is personalised to your level and needs. With the ultra-small and incredibly encouraging nature of our sessions, we are the perfect first step for those with no previous gym experience or for those with gym experience who need that additional support and guidance to keep on track and reach their goals.
Sessions will be delivered twice a week, with morning and evening slots available within a 4-week block. Over the 8 sessions you will become more aware of training programming, the importance of resistance training and enable you to make informed nutritional choices to suit your lifestyle.
The SGPT will focus on resistance (weight) training which has many benefits to help you become healthier and stronger. The sessions will be designed to strengthen the full body over a 4-week period, focusing on the fundamental movements using the correct technique under the guidance of our qualified instructors. The SGPT block is simply to make it more affordable to everyone, so you share the cost of a 1-hour personal training session with 3 others.
